All Brasserie Lambic restaurants introduce a special menu for Lent, which includes European dishes of vegetables, cereals and fruits.
Roasted eggplants and stewed tomatoes are used to make caviar served with mini-patissons and Brussels sprouts (790 RUR), cauliflower slice is turned into ruddy steak and served with sweet pepper salsa and olive tapenade (550 RUR), millet porridge is made in a way of risotto with pumpkin puree and sea buckthorn juice (420 RUR). Also worth trying are baked eggplant with hummus, tomato concasse, tofu and cilantro (490 p.), the most delicate asparagus cream soup with almond petals and fragrant truffle oil (460 p.) and carpaccio of pickled pineapple with anise, served with sorbet of forest berries, black currant, sea buckthorn and orange chips (390 p.).
Belgian light lager brewed by the famous St-Feuillien brewery especially for Brasserie Lambic! A perfectly balanced beer, the taste and aroma are soft, moderately malty with a profile of toasty, biscuit, nutty, caramel and honey notes with moderate fruitiness and a slight hop bitterness.
