Russian Restaurant Festival in Brasserie Lambic!
From 15 September to 5 October, Brasserie Lambic will take part in the largest gastronomic project in the world — the sixth Russian Restaurant Festival.
Our brand chef Evgeny Goncharov has developed an author's set of 3 dishes: venison carpaccio with vodka berry gel, grilled zucchini with carrot purée and baked potatoes with mussels and parmesan .
In addition to the gastronomic set, each Lambic restaurant will offer a set called Café Courvoisier, which will include bird's milk dessert, a 25 ml portion of French Courvoisier VSOP cognac and freshly brewed espresso.

This year, Brasserie Lambic on Prospekt Mira celebrates its 10th anniversary. Ten years of consistent quality, respect for Belgian beer culture, and European traditions.
